REPUBLICAN Congressman Charles Taylor wants to stop building a September 11 memorial for the people who died in United flight 93. Why? Because the federal government owns too much property. I suspect that the crescent in the plans plays a part, he just doesn't want to sound batshit crazy like a certain non-MILF does.
