Drag Queens Join the Iraqi Insurgency

O.K. so they're not gay men who dress as women, but that was the first thought that popped into my head when I saw this article's title. But is this a sign that the Iraqi insurgents are getting desperate or are they just adopting new tactics so that US forces in Iraq have to as well? Because of this attack, searches of women (especially those wearing the abaya and hijab) will increase. Thus feeding into the insurgent's propaganda that US wants to force Iraqi women to practice Western habits. But considering the homophobic nature of Islamic fundamentalism, couldn't the US exploit this for propaganda purposes? Like nyah-nyah-nyah, look they're dress up like women because they aren't real men? Warning: this blog entry is satire and snark.
