Here lies the First Amendment, RIP

The Virginian-Pilot has a story about Bush's faith-based initiative. Amazingly, Pat Robertson overcame his initial skepticism to become a corporate welfare king. Unfortunately, it's a short article that doesn't go too in depth into where the money is going. If you believe in freedom and seperation of church and state, you will find the article disturbing.
No, I do not like the idea of MY government subsidizing that Christian extremist $14.4 million a year. Especially when government programs like food stamps are being cut.
